Sky Signal problem

I was enjoying Football Focus this fine morning, when suddenly the screen froze, then next minute that sign which we all hate 'No satelite signal being received', the problem is I did not move the Sky Box, and it is in the exact same position as it always has been(always working)

Is there anything I can do?

All you have to do is power off the box completely by unplugging it. Switch it back on after a few seconds and it should reset itself.

Have a look at your signal levels. Services --> System Setup --> Signal Test, if I recall correctly. Signal quality should be at least 50% for reliable reception.

Failing that, it could be a dodgy LNB, cable or, perhaps, box.

Yeah, where it says signal strength/quality it is empty. Any ideas?

I have had the box for two years, so I'm bemused I must say.

Either the tuner has suddenly gone in your box, the dish suddenly moved or there is a bad connection on the cable end...are all channels gone or just the sport channels??

I'd expect its more a cable problem
