Digiweb phone - I can call out but not in!

Anyone (thats you Watty!) help with this? I just discovered that while phoning out is'nt an issue I can't recive calls it seems. I just tried using my mobile and while I had a ringing tone in my ear the phone was'nt picking up any incoming. I lifted the handset and it was the standard "brrrrrrrrrrr" tone sound. Is this…

edit > I had the line pluged into the wrong RJ11 sopcket
