I crashed with my bike today and knee pads saved my knee. So I am going to wear pads, gloves and helmet again.
Skating isn't extreme sport, but it is sport done in concrete environment, and it is tough.
I am not forcing anybody to wear pads or helmet, but I think it is a little logical to wear that.
And about Lucan skate park - where it is precisely? I haven't found it. Yet ;-)
