I stood on the weigh scales at a mates house (after a few drinks, Chinese & DVDs) and it went 'Clang!'.

Brothers, I fear both a diet and an exercise regime will be upon me. The thing is, I thought I had lost weight, especially with that extra large dump last Saturday. :(

Brother Victor, don't let this momentous occasion, one which every brother is envious of, lead you to The Dark Side.

I don't know, I rather enjoy the exercise I get. Why it was only last night I walked from the couch to the fridge to get myself a can of Guinness. The exercise really built up a thirst in me I can tell you and I felt that I really deserved my little treat following my walk!
