Churchill Hotel, County Waterford?

Just wondering if anyone out there has ever heard of Churchill Hotel in County Waterford? My Dad has an old photograph of it and on the back, County Waterford is hand written. There seems to be an Inn/public house beside it and what appears to be men in fishing clothing. I would love to find out any information about this…
