When is it? How do you even know about this? I've just gotten accepted to do a masters and have absolute minimal communication from DCU. Most things I've found out from DCU is on Boards. I'm disappointed. DCU seems worse than UCD for communication so far.

It went around in a mass email to the mail.dcu.ie addresses, around week 12 or after as far as I remember. You just had to reply back with a CV
