Bioshock €55 - Virgin Dundrum TC

    ..as the title says. They have some just at the front door for 55. they are 60 in the games section! Came up 60 on the till but I pointed out the price tag on the box so 55 it was. Its a nice metal box (ltd ed?)

    Yeah Virgin have been good for new releases of late.

    Forza Motorsport 2 and Dirt were €55 each on release.

    How does the pc version hold it up compared to Xbox?

    Its only €44 with the nice tin?

    Have a freinds copy so might play it tonight

    Have heard some bad press about the PC version. A mate of mine has had big trouble with it. The Xbox versions seems to be more stable (see thread in Xbox forum).

    I think that the PC trouble was to do with ATI graphics cards. Having the use of a mouse would be handy for Bioshock.

    Should be €55 in all Virgin, was in Blanchardstown SC also on releasy day anway.

    went in there today and it was €70 , picked it up today in hmv for €57.99 instead.

    That only happens with people using unsupported sm2 video cards - in fairness what can you expect running the game on hardware that is specifically not supported

    I have experienced no problems on my ati or nvidia card
