    Hand 1:

Noble Poker 0.50/1.00, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

    Button JohnnyNo7 ($119.85)
    SB Jullietta ($100.00)
    BB tonykani ($136.05)
    UTG squatalot ($16.98)
    UTG+1 BionicFro ($114.10)
    CO Hero ($150.14)

Preflop: Hero is in the CO with Js Ks
squatalot calls 1.00, 1 fold, Hero raises to 4.50, 2 folds, tonykani calls 3.50, 1 fold.

    Flop (10.50) Kh Jh Ad
tonykani bets 9.00, Hero calls 9.00.

    Turn (28.50) 4c
tonykani bets 25.00, Hero calls 25.00.

    River (78.50) 8h
    tonykani checks, Hero checks

Villain is 36/13/1.9 over 700 hands, i havent seen alot from him but hes betsizing here is alot stronger than usual and i was pretty sure he was protecting a strong hand vs the FD so i didnt see any point in RR at any point. I certainly think we see AK,AJ, QT and set more often than i see AQ or AT which are the only hands im thinking i might be ahead of here giving the betting pattern, so based on that is folding the turn weak, and can we ever call a bet if he leads on the river? Or any other comments on each street

I would have said RR him on the flop while reading this, but given your read i think its looks grand.

I be interested to see what he had. I seen a strong villian at $50nl take this line with the flush draw and when the other player bet half pot on the river with the 3rd flush card hitting the villian shipped it with the nuts.

I would probably bet 50 on the river, represent the nut flush that he's afraid I have.

I actually taught of pushing the river, i was very sure he didnt have the flush and was protecting against it but i figured i had achieved what i wanted here in getting a reasonably cheap showdown and even though i tought he didnt have the flush i wasnt sure if he had 2 pair or a set or a straight and i felt he wouldnt drop a set or straight here to the all in and i couldnt be sure he would drop 2 pair either.

I dont think $50 would be enough for him to fold his strong hand so if i was to bluff that river i think id need to push and i just didnt think it would profitable enough but its a move that certainly could be made on a slightly drier board.

As it turned out he had AJ here and was definetely scared of the flush and possibly the straight too.

checking > pushing although you will lose showdown here a reasonable amount of the time

if you think about it, pushing only make sense with the intention to fold very strong hands, like top 2, a set or a straight. Thats never really a great idea.
