Well, it's one of the most fun days of the summer, with managers running around like headless chickens trying to finalise deals.

Keep track of the transfers with this tracker:

    http://www.skysports.com/football/transfer_centre

    So far:

Rangers have completed the signing of Norwegian starlet Thomas Kind Bendiksen and Amdy Faye.

Fulham defender Gabriel Zakuani has secured a return to Stoke City.

Sevilla have signed Ivory Coast international Arouna Kone on a five-year deal.

Burnley have raided North West neighbours Preston for defender Graham Alexander.

Carlisle United have signed Chelsea youngster Harry Worley on loan.

So, post away, there'll be many more to come.

Wigan sign Marcus Bent on loan from Charlton, which has allowed Hull to come in and sign Caleb Folan from Wigan.
Fulham sign Dejan Stevanovic subject to a work permit.

Dejan Stefanovic moved to Fulham from Pompey.

    2 Year deal, £1m

    (Noticed its already posted sorry)

My source has told me Everton are after Fletcher or Eagles from Man Utd on loan.

Also a player some might know him from Fernabache Appiah.

Riquelme is talking to Everton but also touted to Spurs by his agent. Its a loan deal by the way.

Eagles could do with some experience with another club IMO

But at the moment he is all we have to come off the bench.

Happened in the Spurs and Man City games.

Depressing tbh. But I guess once Rooney and Ronaldo are back he won't even make the bench.

A loan would do him good though yeh

Villa have Curtis Davies. A season-long loan with an option to buy next year

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,372 ✭✭✭✭Mr Alan

Appiah is an excellent player anytime i've seen him. weren't Celtic in for him at some stage

    Excellent signing.

I'm guessing he'll slot into Laursen's place soon enough when he get's injured (again).

So seems to be a rumour that Spurs are set to unveil a big signing today ....Quaresma maybe, hmmm.

Plus they've a top class organiser in Mellberg who'll get the best out of Davies. Excellent partnership there. Very good midfield too. Just need a top class striker as Carew is inconsistent.

Gary O Neil has gone to Boro for about 5mill
    http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_2697825,00.html
Good signing i think, underrated player, gets a lot of assists and sorts out their RMF, maybe a bit overpriced though, but by todays crazy standards maybe not..

Boro have got themselves a top class gu there. Honest, hard working pro. Sad to see him leave. 5m is crazy, but a lot better value than many signings so far this window.

I've heard Pompey are in for Crouch, and also a shock loan deal for Schevchenko. Drinks are on me if that one comes off:D
