    Hi

I am just planning to get into bikes and have a couple of qs. If anyone has any answers I would be very grateful..

In terms of insurance, I am 24, no driving experience and plan on getting a piaggio/vespa 125cc Scooter. Any idea how much third party only insurance is likely to cost on this?

Pre-test, is it worth doing msa safety course or are there other courses that are worth doing in preparation which may help me pass and reduce insurance premium?

    Cheers

Call the insurance companies as quotes vary greatly. Expect to pay over a thousand. I strongly recommend training as riding a bike/scooter is very different to cycling or driving a car. Star rider training is also worth looking into.

Vespas are definately worth getting even if you only use it in summer.

I agree. For your age I would be optimistic about insurance though. Training is a must.
