I need to get a Trinity degree parchment which is written in Latin translated into English by tomorrow - can anyone help? Would there be anyone out there who could translate the words for me?

Uh, maybe here? Or here? What do you need it for? If it's important and you don't want to rely on an internet translation then maybe you could ring either the Proctor's Office or the Classics Department.

    Thanks - I'll give the Proctor's office a ring tomorrow, I think.

You can order a translation in the Student Records Office. I got one a few years ago when applying for work abroad.
