I am a freelance programmer who has been working from home for the past 2 years. Unfortunetly I am now moving house and urgently looking for a office space to move into. Office share seems like the best option to my needs right at the moment.

I need at least enough room to put a desk and book shelf. A good broadband connection and a secure location. Preferrably close to the city centre but no essential.

So, is there anybody out there who can help me out? Suggestions, space donation, anything helpful. Pretty please...

myself and 3 other web guys are sharing a room in a building just off abbey street.

Secure building, wifi and electricity included in the monthly rent. Essentially you get a desk space and chair. There isn't a huge amount of storage space but you could manage and rent is cheap.

PM me if your interested in more details.

Sorry, I should qualify, I haven't been speaking to the landlord in a while so I can't be 100% sure there is still space.

Hey littleBird, you should talk to the guys over at www.coworking.ie

Specifically, I'd recommend emailing jason [at] jason-roe.com

I am just closing on a management buyout of a shop I have worked in for the last nine years. There are two vacant offices upstairs which could be used with minimal decoration. I believe the phone line in there is still active. They have their own front door with shared canteen and loo.

They are on the N4 - city side of the M50 roundabout - one minute from M50 and about 10 mins from Hueston Station ( driving at quiet times)

I am open to suggestions as I will be very tight for cash for the first while so any extra income would be welcome. If you want a chat about them, pm me.

    Jeff

We have a 'per desk' deal with our landlord - €200 including 8MB broadband and A3/A4 printing for an own door office on Morehampton Road in Donnybrook.

 The thread is 3 years old, I doubt they are still looking for somewhere after all that time...

I'm currently working in a shared office space at Westland Row/Pearse St junction called Junction Studios and we're currently looking for some people to fill 3 remaining desks. As it stands, there are 10 companies on the premises.

Just wondering if anyone would have any ideas as to how we might be able to get the word out that these spaces are available? We're looking for similar, like-minded people as we're all young businesses who do a lot of collaborative work.

Thanks guys, if you want to check out the website, it's http://www.junction-studios.com
