Do I need Planning permission for this??

Hi all!

Im planning on extending my kitchen out a little bit.
Basically i have a kitchen come dining room. I want to extend the kitchen out so i have a full dining room and a seperate kitchen.

It will only be one story.


How big can i go to be exempt from planning permission or do i need to get permission no matter what as it will be connected to the house.

Have a look at PL5 in the DOE's planning leaflets. It will answer all your questions but if in doubt you can give the local planning office a quick call.

By the looks of the PL5 doc i should be exempt!
