No likely, you still have to pay Duty etc, so it's unlikely things will be cheaper, likely to be more expensive, unless they have an offer on Perfume/Aftershave

I'm going to iceland from stanstead so I can get Duty free that way and I think because my final destination is Iceland I can get it in Dublin as well

Watch the 100ml rule; if you buy any bottles (alcohol or even aftershave/perfume in bottles greater than 100 ml) in Dublin they will probably confiscate them in Stansted at security. Unless you drink them (the alcohol) first, I suppose, enroute to London :D

Good prices in Dixons in Stansted, cameras etc. If you are interested google them to get their number and give them a ring to get a price before you travel.

'Airport Shops' may call themselves duty free despite serving only intra EU customers but they have to charge the duty hence they operate under the same conditions as other shops .
I've found even in real duty free shops which are found when leaving or entering the EU , they can bump up the price coz they know theyre giving you a bargain minus the duty ;)
I ve found in general perfume/aftershave and hard liquor/ciggies (for smokers) are the best deals we can get.

You might also want to investigate wearing SH1te clothes for the journey , dumping them and buying cheap trendy gear to stuff your suitcase AND PAD OUT THE BOOZE BOTTLES ;) It worked for me in the USA but I heard Iceland is expensive.

I wont be buying clothes in Iceland! Its very expensive there. THe cheapest pint of piss over there costs about €8 hence why i'm buying drink in the duty free
