Pt Help - Importing Tourney Hh

Probably already asked before, PT is pulling my HH for cash but not for tourneys on Ipoker. It shows it is reading the files but it is not importing them for some reason.

Am i missing the obvious?

You don't have the right folders configured I'd geuss. Basically you want PT to import HH from the locations

C:\Poker\Paddy Power Poker\History\INSERTusername\Tournament

For tourneys.

C:\Poker\Paddy Power Poker\History\coillcam\Table

For Cash

C:\Documents and Settings\RICHARD CROWLEY\My Documents\Gold Mine

For Datamined hands via goldmine.

They are my basic locations. Hope that helps

this might be a silly question, but are u actually looking at the tournament player statistics?

on the tool bar with all the icons, there's a picture of a ring to open the cash stats and a picture of a little trophy for the tourny stats.

is the database that comes up when u click the icon for the tourny stats empty?

Yeah tried that Richie already for some reason it is not importing the hands

Yeah it is empty, when i use the IP logo to import the hands it is coming up as 25 files read and 0 hands imported.

Jaysus I'm stumped here. I'm no tech genius by any means but my last idea is to make sure you have the latest update/patch available downloaded for full iPoker support. Good luck

Being honest Fran, using PT for tournies is not worth the hassle. Every few days i just manually import the files for tournaments. Only takes 5 mins but if you want to track profit/loss etc, you have to manually type in prize money, who finished where, won what etc and its mind numbingly boring, because PT cant automatically track results for tournies.

Sounds like a lot of hasstle for little reward, think i will track manually using an excel spreadsheet. On a seperate note Tony are u getting rackeback on Ipoker and if so how do you go about getting it???

I think its less hassle that way Fran. just send Mike a PM about rakeback, its as easy as that!
