My 1st Ebay Sale...

    I've just been making a listing for a while and I've yet to verify my paypal account. I've processed it now but I'll have to wait for the number to show up on my CC account (it's an online account so should be about 4 days).

    The thing is, it doesn't seem like I can save the listing and I'm not sure if it's already listed or not because it says it takes a few hours to show up. There is nothing in "my sell" items in MY EBAY so I'm not sure if it's even gone through or if I'll have to do the listing again in a few days or if it will just automatically show up once I verify my paypal? Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Any feedback appreciated:)

    Was your account already verified though? I didn't verify my paypal account until I had finished the details for the listing and went to submit it and was told I needed to verify my paypal account.

    No- I have never verified my Paypal account via CC would you believe. Its just always worked!

    Ebay should let you list regardless of whether you have a validated Paypal account or not

    I cant get selling on there. Everytime I try to list an item, it gives me error based on my postcode. Ive emailed them about it and every response is use "0". Im in Dublin 12 and even though thats my proper address on my cc it wont accept it because of the site changing to ebay.co.uk halfway through the process. any ideas on how to get this sorted? Ebay aint much help. Thanx .. GBX

    I just left the postcode field empty? I first tried put in "none" and it gave an error, left it blank and it was fine!

    It can take up to 24 hours for some items to list on ebay.ie/.co.uk...

    While other items list almost instantly... unusual, but it happens.

    The one time I have ever tried to sell anything ebay I wasnt allowed. I havent a CC so had to validate my Landline and after validating the line 3 times I was asked to validate my non existant CC, when I emailed support I got some rigmarole without an answer n they keep sending me surveys bout customer support. Every time I try to vent my anger via the survey the bloody thing freezes my computer.
