Suntanning in a salon?

Just curious to know how it works in a salon.I am fair skinned and thinking about going to one.Will I just come out looking like a lobster?

It'll just take longer to work i reckon. you could end up spending a fortune before you get anywhere i think. i've only started tanning recently on Holiday coz my Skin built up a resistance after the few holidays i had this year but if you're not used to the sun and are really fair then it may take a god while. i'd say you'll need patience.
