Macbook Backup Options

Hey, a few of us in the office are all on macbooks and I'm trying to think of a central backup solution.

If they were windows boxes, I'd just set a scheduled backup at lunchtimes or something and connect to a network drive.

Anyone any experience of similar setups for macs?

Get a NAS box, and use Apple Backup.

Yeah, figured a NAS box was the way to go, but I heard Apple Backup wasn't the best?
