    just curious to why so many people love it? Could somone outline these reasons please. I'm thinking of going there next year 'cause I keep hearing it's great

    think of summer .. a real summer for 6-12 months.
    I live in sydney, today was 24C, monday was 27 ... it's still winter here.

    No seriously, with good weather you get a new lifestyle, surf, swim, mountain walking,

    stunning scenary, beautiful beaches, each part of Oz is different, the red center, the tropical rainforest of N Queensland, great barrier reef, bondi beach.

    Its too hard to say why so many people have a great time. They just do. Seriously have you ever heard of anyone coming back and saying they didn't love it. Out of the many people I meet while I was over everyone loved, some stayed (legally), some are planning to go back, everyone else would love to go back.

    I think a lot has to do with the mindset of the people going over, rather than the actual country. Most people aren't going over to find a stressful 50 hour a week job, they're going over to have a good time in the sun. Of course they're going to have a ball!
