BJJ Seminar - Roy Harris - October 7th

    Hi Guys,

    Mr Roy Harris www.royharris.com will be giving a one day instructional course on Sunday 7th of October.

    (This will be Roy's last visit to Ireland for this year.)

    Roy Harris is a third degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and will be conducting a 4 hour BJJ/grappling seminar.

    I think Chris Brennan is the next seminar on the calendar - 3rd of November in Loughlinstown I think (not sure of the venue)

    Chris "West-side Strangler" Brennan is hosting a seminar on Saturday 3rd November 2007 from 12 pm - 5 pm in Next Generation Dublin, Loughlinstown leisure Centre.
