The first hand is 400-800 level avg stack 20000 7 players left my stack is 20700 and villian is playing approx 40000.Villian is in mid position no limpers and raises to 2500 i pick up jj in the cut off i decide to reraise to 6700 he flat calls me flop comes 2x4x6x he checks i move all in for 14000 he folds and shows 99 after a lot of contemplation. It was then the conversation turned to was his call correct he felt my raise was not enough to get him off the hand pre flop and that he was getting the price to call and try hit his set.I disagreed with his point of view and if i was going to make the call pre flop then i was going to move with 99 on that flop as if you felt 99 was dominated preflop it was never a call just my opinion would be interested to see what any one thinks?

The second hand is pretty basic just hurts after playing a good tournament to exit like this i have allmost religously been raising from the button for several orbits have taken allmost allways taken pot down i pick up Ax5x on the button stack 21000 blind 1500-3000 avg stack 23300 sb bb playing more than me both tight players.I move all in is this allways the correct move or can i raise to 8000 and get off the hand i dont think so should i lay the hand down without a raise just like to get some advice i ran into ak in sb and that was the end of me after playing flawless throughout

Raising to 8000 and folding to a push would be bad, I would just push but can understand raising and calling a shove. In the first hand I agree if he calls preflop he should call that flop.

No in hand 1 he is never getting the implied odds to call just for set value.

In hand 2 personally i would raise to 8000 but not cause i am folding to a push. I believe that the range of hands bad players may push back at me with believing they have FE is better than the range i will be up against when i push on the button.
