Any Science heads up in here?

So is anyone starting Science this year? Anyone already started it last year? 30 hour week sure as hell sounds like a bitch.

Erm, welcome to the real world mate. And that doesn't include study. Truth is though it will seldom be 30 hours aweek. Some weeks it will be 28 and others it will be 32.

You get used to lecture hours pretty quick, despite sounding a bit daunting at first.

Ah its not that bad. going into third year science and was at about 50% of all my lectures in 1st and 2nd yr...got on grand. good auld crowd, the science heads...go to all your labs and you'll fly through it

It's true, that's about the same as school hour right? It's not that bad, especially first year. Yeah 3rd year is when you specialise, you have less hours, but jebus a lot more work.

I just graduated with a science degree by the way, specialised in physics. What subjects are people picking?

Missed out on science by 5 points.

All down to a dodgy English paper, got a flippin D2 and had to count it! Got a B2 in the mocks

Getting that rechecked and hopefully it will bring me up.
2nd round tomorrow too but it rarely goes down.

Here's hoping that i will be joining you:D
