List of successful applicants(i.e their CAO number) goes online at two this afternoon, on accommodations website.

Woohoo! My number's on this site:

    http://www.wardentrinityhall.tcdlife...locations.html

But Dan719 you freaked me out! I went onto the accomodation website and stumbled onto the list for continuing students. I couldn't see my number and was extremely cheesed off to say the least.

    But all is well.:D

I think....they should send out confirmation soon, right?

those of you who have not got a place to not panick, start your hustling of the accomodation office straight away. there will be students who will move into halls and dont like it/or perhaps their course and will drop out ( not honestly it happens) so their rooms will go back on the market. also with the second, third, fourth, and fifth etc round offers people who have accepted trinners may get a another course in a different college, happens a lot between trinity and ucd and so they will not accept their rooms (again more free rooms). so what i would do is ring the accomodation office once a day every day until they finally give in and offer you guys a room. honest it works! 2 different girls last year both didnt get room offers, and i had them ring everyday until like the very last week in september when freshers are supposed to move in, they both got offered rooms.

ok now obviously this isnt the most convenient as you would not want to wait until the last week of sept to give up on halls, you should definately be looking other places, griffith (same set up as halls, just not college specific) and daft.ie but do keep pestering the accomodation office, hopefullly something will come along for you guys!

I didn't get. They told me its because I didn't give a supporting statement. Fair enough, I suppose...

all successful applicants will get a letter confirming that they have received accomodation in halls sometime this week. included in that will be info on orientation weekend etc. i would presume that it would also include info on how to pay the outstanding fee your referring to. youc ould also just ring the lovely ladies in accomodation office and ask them, tho the chancesx of an accurate answer of them.....

I got in. As I remember CAO numbers though, people in the same school have CAO numbers near each other. Looks like no one from my school got in.

I think you are thinking of exam numbers, CAO numbers depend on when you apply, so bear no relation to your school AFAIK.
