Hopefully attached are two photos of my trip to Ventspils in Latvia, where i was to take part in a Kettle bell comp but came down with a fever a couldnt but learnt loads.Seen this ole guy lift 200 24kgz for 10 min...then a guy my age ( 33 yrs ) doen 210 lifts with a 32kg.All these guys done the snatch it was something to see.I should be off to St Petersberg,to take part in an other comp basicly think I over trained for this one.
The kettle bell shipment is on its way to Dublin,so if you want the pro gear...then just drop me aline.I'll also be training with the World Champ again in Oct,so should be all geared up for the foundation course in Dublin. All the best J
