External HD...?

Hey,

I'm looking to buy an external HD, preferably one without an external power supply and one which I can carry around easily...does anyone have any thoughts? Any help would be much appreciated!

The largest capacity one you could get given those requirements would be 160GB as far as I am aware.

No worries. Check out some other sites. I just checked those two as they were the first ones that came to mind. You might find them cheaper than that elsewhere.

Argos have a 500gig external for 120 euro atm, a friend got it and its very decent quality, quiet and has an external psu...

Its a SUMOdisk! which sounds dodgey but the case is made by freecom and the hdd must be from one of the big manafacturers so its good value imo

The OP is preferably looking for one without a PSU. One that is powered from USB.
