    hi i got setanta sports in 3 weeks ago. i find there customer service to be ****. when i ring them the keep tell me things to do for the uk customers, that do work here..and when you ask about irish stuff they don;t know... i am getting it out. has anyone else had problems with them...:mad:

    Setanta customer service can be a bit difficult at times, that said so can Sky's, Chorus, Eircom and most other service providers depending on who you speak with and what you require.

    What was the problem you were having with Setanta Sports customer service department?

    most cs are s***, mainly because the staff see it as a job and dont care if you get sorted

    Well, those that do are usually not working in CS for a consumer oriented product, or on the 20k a year the people who are are being paid :p
