It seems from your post you live at home.
Are your parents aware of your illness?
Can you tell them how stressful it is for you when people visit?

Hi you definitely need to speak to someone about this, maybe there is someone in your family. By not telling them you are bottling it all up and they get under your skin more because they dont understand you or understand what you go through. I think now is a bad time to be thinking about moving out from home there is people at home that can help if you let them. I think you should speak to your doctor again because maybe you just need to change meds and he/she will be able to put you in touch with organisations that can help if you dont feel your family can. Id say put moving home on the back burner for a while until you at least feel a little better. There is light at the end of every tunnel. There is always help out there you just have to ask for it. All the best. :) Hope you are feeling well very soon.
