Is this an event or something?

If you want a Dublin city view at night just drive up around Stepaside, some of the roads there have amazing Dublin city views. Or just walk to the top of Dalkey Hill - amazing views of the city and Dublin bay there night or day.

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

The top of Bray Head has a great view at night, the only thing is it can be a bit dangerous going up from the beach side, there is about a 2 mile walk away on the road that leads to Greystones, at the back of the those new houses
