MP3 Player/Voice Recorder combo

Hi - hopefully someone out there can enlighten me!!!

Basically im in the market for a new Digital Voice Recorder and MP3 player (Ipod or Iriver etc) - I was just wondering are there any good devices that combine both? Ideally it should record in MP3 format, have USB capabilities and no additional software requirement. The sound quality isnt a major issue as its just for recording lectures (the background noise level may require for decent quality though) therefore I would place more emphasis on the MP3 player aspect

I was looking at the Iriver H140 which has received decent reviews - would this make a suitable DVR aswell?

Thanks in advance for your help...

Best thing for recording lectures is a HiMD Minidisc. But it has drawbacks.
