Here is the classic GAA shot

Speaking of photos, did anyone get a picture of them "The Star" cheerleader girls after the match???? They were unbelieveable fit, serious tight red pieces of "cloth" (couldn't call it clothes) on them. They were up beside quinns and clonliffe road.

Yep ... sadly ... the first shot is the goal on its way ... I'd have preferred a goal at the other end to be honest ... I'll be posting a few more shots when I get time to process them ... I've lots of pictures of people squaring up to each other for the conflict competition in the photography forum ...

Aye, I can imagine it was hard not to drop ur head and lose the shot when it was going in.

I take it you are a pro photographer? Excellent quality. Sorry now for off topic but that pic of the sea and the "fog effect" of the waves, is that a photoshop jobbie.

Well done again, look forward to seen your next bunch.

Nope, not a pro ... just an over enthusiastic amateur :p

... the one with the waves is not really photoshopped to create the effect (though I dud use photoshop to bring out the colours and detail) ... you get that by using a very long exposure of a 0.5s to 4s .... it has the effect of blurring the moving water ... but you need to reduce the light entering the camera using a special filter called a Neutral Density ... to allow for a long exposure.

They are really good man, especially if your not even a pro photographer. You probably should be. As said already, alot of those would easily fit nicely into a newspaper.

    LeinSterman,

You have a good eye for a shot. If you arent a pro, you certainly will be soon.

    Keep it up.

In one of your confrontation pics it looks like Mark Vaughan is attempting to blow the referees whistle!
