Given all the recent press coverage in relation to the carbon footprint attributed to air travel, just wondering is it time to sell the holiday home in the sun.

If you believe the press, the projected growth in air travel will result in massive carbon tax payments, and lead to savage taxes on air passengers which will be the death knell of low cost air travel as we know it.

not determined yet as international flights are not counted yet, nor are the long range military flights such as by the B52's from Guam to Iraq and back!

Even without the carbon tax costs will the holiday home be habitable in 20 years time? What will the mean summer temperatures in that location be? Central Europe is already granny killing hot in summer how hot will it be in the future?

Peak oil and the end of the global credit bubble should be good enough reasons to sell now, it will be to late when everone is trying o sell
