Paintball Double Bill in September

It is going to be a great month for paintball. With the colleges coming back and these up and coming trips, it will be a great time to get into the sport.

First up, Speedball

Ok guys its been a while since the last Barrage day (I think it was Fahim's day in june!) so it's about time we got one going again!! Very HappyVery Happy

- Date - Saturday the 15th of September

-Venue is Barrage Paintball, Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

-Lets go for an 11am kick off.

-Own markers allowed, only HPA on site, all markers to be chronoed below 300fps, firing modes - pure semi only!

-Games will be 5 man speedball. Maybe we'll have a few Xball jnr games if we have numbers and interest.

-€120 for a box of 2000 Tournament Paint (most likely Diablo Formula 13 or Marbalizers) and NO entrance fee.

-Venue is approx. 40min drive from Dublin City Centre, you can also get a bus from Abbey Street. It leaves from outside VHI, its the Bus Eireann 103 to Killmoon Cross and from there it's a 15min walk. Timetable can be found here.

This will be a great chance to get your mates interested in speedball! Very Happy If everyone brings a mate or two it'l be a great day! Leave your name and how many mates you wanna bring so I can get an idea of numbers for barrage! I hope if prices are ok that we can get some of the Northies down too! Righteo lads, lets start to organise this. These are rough details for the time being

Provisional Date: Saturday 22nd September

Pricing:
You buy a ticket (around €6-Cool and then make a deposit of €15 online which gets your gear and first 100 paintballs, pods of 100 then cost €8.50 after that as your group then buys in bulk i.e. 2500+ paintballs. There did seem the distinct possibility of getting deals and they seemed very keen to get repeat visits, so much so that they will have a sort of VIP club which will give discounts and such.

Gear: Marker and mask available.
Last I heard was that own marker usage is allowed, but you know you seld we want to double check closer to the time.

Transport:
Cars I suppose will be the easyest option. So who ever is buming a life buy pint or €5 peterol money etc.

I think this date suits most people, I know that there are a few who it may clash with.
