Hey any advice, just bought a new house using most of my savings for the deposit.

Have some fittings already, Saving the money for further house fittings, table, chairs, couch etc.

Should I go for a credit union loan to cover these?

Have you an account and some savings with the Credit Union already?
As you no doubt know you can't just walk in off the street.
Sounds like a good plan but they might be concerned that you are overstretched already

On second thoughts, your table, chairs and other fittings can wait.
All you need for your new house is a widescreen tv and Sky Sports subscription, comfy chair and a mini fridge stocked with ice cold beer.

    Get your priorities straight!;)
