    0.50/1 ipoker

Villain is playing 240, haven't seen him showdown a bad hand. He's a laggy 30/28/6. I cover, my stats are 20/15

    I have 99

villain opens for 4, I call in SB, BB folds

    flop (9)
    Qh4cAh

    check, check

    turn is 9c, I bet 9, he raises to 25, I call

    river(59)

6c, I check, he shoves, my heart breaks

    do you call?

    edit: my hole cards added

3bet the turn. I think i'd bet fold the river. kinda sick spot, but i think you should fold and since that's raely a bluff.

3bet turn and call a shove. Why the hell is a guy with those stats checking behind on the flop? As played its actually very close but since you haven't seen him do anything like this before I would fold.

This has you thinking AA QQ then?

can we put him on either of these specifically here?

Ouch that is sick, I would have bet the river, but as played I think it's a fold alright, but would be mighty annoying making it. I just can't ever see him doing this with AQ or AK.

Well I'm not willing to find out for 200BB's without seeing that he his a complete loon, and from the description, he usually has the goods at showdown.

Agreed, but I think AA or QQ would definately bet that flop with the flush draw.

Well i would, but then again its villian dependant.

What a horrible spot. This looks like villain panicking on the river for not getting enough value for his set of Aces of Queens.

Even if you folded to 2 pair (AQ), I think it’s a bigger mistake that you didn’t 3bet turn or bet the river (or both)

I expect he has the nuts. Why did you not reraise the turn?
