    Saw this in Smyths (Blanch) yesterday - "The Godfather" for XBOX 360 for €5.

    You sure OP?
    I was in Smyth on Jervis St and I don't know the exact price but it was around €40.
    I don't think any 360 game has ever been sold for a fiver, so sorry I don't believe you:)

    I'm 100%. It was on the counter, big box of them - WAS €49.99 NOW €4.99

    Bit pissed as I picked it as part of my bundle 2 days before instead of tiger woods :(

    Don't really care if you believe me or not - bit of a stupid thing to say - why the hell would I lie?

    Not saying you'd lie but could have been mistaken.

    I seem to remember phoning loads of xtravisions stores after someone posted that they knocked €70 off ipod videos. What a waste of my time that was and then the thread got deleted.

    Would it shock you to learn that not all threads in this forum are 100% correct?

    Are they not just franchises? I'd say they're allowed to have their own clearouts - it wasnt a massively publicised offer, it just looked like they were clearing stock.

    Its worth a fiver. The Wii black hand edition is a feck load more fun. Did you see any copies for the wii or was it just 360?

    I got it when it first came out for €3 in a misprice on play.com, wasn't worth that.

    I wouldn't even go that far. tacking decent controls onto a poor conversion of a PS2 title doesn't make a decent game...
    People only said the game was good because there was sweet feck all else around for the Wii at the time (and still is bar Resi 4 and Zelda...)

    Its cool simply because of the way hand to hand fighting works on the game.

    BTW: RE4 was much better on the cube.
