GLS service problems

    I was reading this forum and I found a bit of threads about GLS shiping problems. My parcel is being shiped from germany to Slovenia and instead they ship it to Slovakia. It was missrouted. Today when I was tracking the parcel this is what I get....

    22 2007-08-24 22:47 Parcel In Warehouse Hungary
    09 2007-08-24 7:01 Misrouted Parcel Slovakia
    04 2007-08-24 6:32 Arrival At Destination Slovakia
    02 2007-08-23 10:33 Parcel Sorted In HUB Hungary
    03 2007-08-21 19:27 Parcel Sorted in HUB Austria
    02 2007-08-21 19:18 Parcel Sorted In HUB Austria
    01 2007-08-20 17:43 Parcel Left Origin Cntry. Germany


    and when I click "parcel in warehous" I get this explenation: "The parcel cannot be delivered by different reasons and is stored in the warehouse."

    does "different reasons" mean that it was damaged or just because it was missrouted it is stored in the warehouse and waiting to be shiped...

    p.s.:I know this is english ment forum but when I was searching thrugh the web, I got this forum regarding the problems with GLS..

    It means they are aware of the misrouting and are storing it - only GLS know what the next step will be (To send to the right address again, or contact you...) - Ring them.
