    Great band.. joy division, mission of burma influences are there in spades, but they brought something different that still sounds excellent today.

    Never heard 'em before, but they sound good.

    Wouldn't say the best song ever, but they've got that post punk sound I really like.

    Yeah, the Chameleons are generally accepted as being massively overlooked. They were probably more marketable than Joy Division were and should have had their level of popularity.

    Great band, 'Script of the Bridge' is a dark post-punk masterpiece and the other albums aren't too shabby at all either. I think the slightly affected gothy voice and portentous lyrics might put some people off at first but they're worth sticking with, a load of excellent tunes.. I'd always compare the modern day retro-style sound of Interpol, Editors etc to this band first before the often used Joy Division comparison.
