    Folks,

Im wondering where my sister stands here. This time last year she flew from New York to Dublin stopping off in Shannon, her luggage didnt arrive in Dublin and after a few phone calls it was dertermined that the bag was loaded in New York and didnt arrive in Dublin so obviously was taken off in Shannon. Aer Lingus did a few checks and said they couldnt find it in shannon. She was told to cliam of her insurance, but that had run out just before she left New York. Various comlaint letters were writen to Aer Lingus that seemed to fall on deaf ears, so she just let it go.

Now, 1 year later, is there anything that can be done to get the ball rolling again. Is there any regulator or such that could help her out?

    Any ideas?
