NLHE has been pretty savage to me lately, so I'm taking a break from it and have decided to begin playing a little PLO. So far it's going alright, but there's a few hands I'm not certain about, here's one that I was wondering about.

I don't have any reads on Villain 1 as he has only recently sat down.

Villain 2 has been very aggressive pre-flop usually and in general seems to just bet his big hands, I lost a buy in to him when we got it AI PF and his AA83 sucked out on my AAJ10ds. I then re-stacked him back when he again re-raised me PF with AAxx and I called his raise with AQ99s and hit trip 9's and he paid off for my whole stack on the flop, when he flopped an OESD to go with his AA.

    So onto the hand.

    Omaha PL $0.50/$1.00
    Seat 1: Villain 1 ($94.50 in chips)
    Seat 3: Villain 2 ($237.85 in chips)
    Seat 5: qucci86 ($38.00 in chips)
Seat 6: anotherone ($122.60 in chips)
    Seat 8: schoolpoker77 ($59.50 in chips) DEALER
    Seat 10: Ste05 ($257.40 in chips)
    Ste05: Post SB $0.50
    Villain 1: Post BB $1.00
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to Ste05 [7c 10d 10c 9h]
    Villain 2: Call $1.00
    qucci86: Fold
    anotherone: Fold
    schoolpoker77: Call $1.00
    Ste05: Call $0.50
    Villain 1: Raise $3.00
    Villain 2: Call $3.00
    schoolpoker77: Call $3.00
    Ste05: Call $3.00
    *** FLOP *** [10h 7h As]
    Ste05: Check
    Villain 1: Bet $12.00
    Villain 2: Call $12.00
    schoolpoker77: Call $12.00
    Ste05: Raise $76.00
    Villain 1: Allin $78.50
    Villain 2: Call $78.50
    schoolpoker77: Fold
    Ste05: Call $14.50
    *** TURN *** [Js]
    Ste05: Bet $162.90

Was the CR on the flop a bad idea? I presume the turn once I get there is a simple push. Comments on all streets appreciated.

its one hell of a horrible turn card..... i mean now the hands that beat you have multiplied, its feasible to say one of them could have 89.....its also realistic that there may be a KQ out there unintentionally backing into the nuts! i think with the pot size/stack size you just gotta hop he doesnt have AA i guess and pray for the board to pair? im not sure id have c raised the flop by so much, i would have tried to keep the pot small and put pressure on if the turn didnt appear to be a threat.. you generally find it hard to get guys to lay down draws on the flop, but with a good bet on the turn alot will fold a flush draw/straight draw, they will not be getting odds with just the river to come..

i think you can get away from this hand if played differently but since you choose to inflate the pot so much on the flop i guess you were in this hand for the long haul! miracle ten on river?

EDIT: i always find it better to try to control the pot size by keeping it as small as possible really without the nuts in a multi way pot. im sure flipper would agree!

Seems fine, not much you can do on the turn

You are not gonna like too many turn cards if called. Any heart, any broadway card, or possibly any mid card that completes the low wrap. Id like to hear one of the omaha experts comment on the hand.

I think you played it well.

It's good to know that I didn't make any huge mistakes in the hand, I didn't really think I had much option but to CR when the whole table called Villain 1's cont. bet.

For those that like results, the fúcker, Villain 2 disconnected and had the NFD, a gut shot str8 draw and 2 pair AhJQxh which missed, Villain 1 obviously had AA. So I was drawing to something like 2% equity for the whole pot... :(

When Villain 1 pushed AI, I knew immediately he had AA and I was certain Villain 2 had the NFD. Since it was an under-raise so he could call and see the turn without getting raised again. I presume we want to get AI on the flop with a set against a combo draw? Or should I have been trying to see what falls and re-evaluate.

Is there a problem in PLO with DP abusers due to the amount of made hands v huge draws in the game or was this just a once off considering the size of the pot, which was well over $400 after I pushed my remaining 160 in.
