Dunno of this is the right forum for this but

Rehearsal room to rent in Dublin city center off Dame St.
To share with two other bands already in the room.

Each band gets three 12 hour sessions a week.

Cost is €422 a month which works out at about €36 a session.

Secure room with two solid doors into it, so storing your gear is not a problem My own band have been there for the last 2 years and we've never had any problems. PA already in the room

6 month minimum contract. On street parking available.

    Email mickearley@gmail.com for more details

    Cheers

    Mick

    sounds interesting.
How is the time allocated? I presume you guys have first preference. Also, are there any extras for use of the PA?

    Hi ya,

Just replying to your email in the same band as Smiler/Mick and hes offline,
there are no extras for the PA and the days we have are sunday monday and friday, we are moving out. You may have to sit down with the other bands and work around what days you want to have whats convenient etc.

    Regards,

    Lucy

    Hi Lucy,
so its 422 a month and the 12 hour sessions are worked out between the bands each week?
It sounds good to me. I'd have to get on the rest of the band. when do you need to know.
    thanks

    Hiya Eoin

That's it basically. Except the sessions are set usually. We have Sun Mon and Fri at the mo. But if you sit down with the other bands you can figure out what days suit who. I'm think a bit of a juggle is due anyway.

Each band is paying €422 each, and the grand total is €1265. So it's a straight three way split.

We'd need to know as soon as you can if your into it, have a few people who say their interested, but to be honest the first person who puts the cash in our hands will be the ones who get it.

It's a really good set up as it works out at only €35 per session. Which beats the crap outta going to your usual rehearsal rooms and worrying about time constraints.

The only reason were leaving is were moving into a bigger studio next door.:)

    I'll PM you my number.

    Cheers

The €422 studio has been snapped up.

But there is another opening in the studio that we are moving into next door.

This one will be €500 a month per band but it also has a separate control room, vocal booth and a great sounding live room.......and a little kitchen.

We will be setting up a full studio in it, and the band who takes the room will have free access to it.

This room would ideally suit a band who is looking to record an EP/Album in the near future.

    It's available from Sept 1st

    PM me for more details

    Cheers

    Mick
