ok .. just wondering if I'll look like a tit with a d40 while everyone else is sportion 400ds and d200s with Vr lenses! might sign up I've nought else to be doing and I might learn something..

Dont worry about it Spyral, just get down there and have a look around. You dont need to bring your camera if you dont want to. Its a handy time if you want any shots of Croke Park empty too....:)

In that case I'll look even MORE stupid wandering around with my F4, fiddling with the new models, trying to open up the backs, and asking if you have to change the sensor everytime you fill up a memory card :-)

    *BUMP*

Well this Tuesday coming so anyone planning to be there the whole day?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,110 ✭✭✭Thirdfox

Hopefully I'll be there (with my little D40 and cheapest VR lens available :p )

Surprised to see that Canon isn't going...do they not think it's important?

I will be there, perusing the dye sub printers and various other knick knacks. Pity Albert from KEA couldnt make it and give the Irish retailers the kick in the arse they need, but thats another story.. See you there

I hope to be there for most, if not all of the day. Should be an interesting day.

Not sure if I'll be there all day but I've taken the day of work so will wait to see what it's like on the day.

Would be nice to go, but work gets in the way.

On a side note, we must be letting ourselves go, their map of Ireland and England shows Ireland with a bit of a beer gut :-)
