    Can anyone HELP.... I get very nervous when I have to do things out of the ordinary or if I have to get in a car, bus etc.....end up running to the loo,
    red faced when I talk to people etc etc etc etc....now at the age of 34 its running ME....STOP me doing things like going on holis etc etc as I was in Spain and for the 1st few days I was grand but got bad and its ruined our hoil......can anyone give me pointer........I worry about everything.......PLEASE HELP ME....

    i get abit of that as well i could be in a shop and someone ask if they can help and you just can't control it Anxiety attacks what can get very bad you need to see your GP to ref you to a Professional counseler.

    it is more then likely something from your past and/or childhood

    Your writing style shows as much. Very hectic.
    You need to speak to a professional about the underlying issues. Start by talking to your GP who can refer you to a psychologist.

    sounds like me up to a couple of years ago, and i had *a lot* of issues going on. i think the professional counselling thing is a good idea (adn dont be discouraged if it doesnt work out the first time, took me 3 counsellors before i found one right for me)...

    now, while i do tend to have a little anxiety adn that, it most certainly does not control me. even something like going to the boards beers, i was brickin myself before, but thoroughly enjoyed it. i think that the best thing to do is get help before it grips a thorough control over your life. it's never too late, but think of all the lost opportunities already, and think of how you'd *like* to be in the future :)

    may well be a hard journey, but best of luck finding your bit of peace :)

    enjoy embarressing yourself and you soon become immune and look on the lighter side of life.everyone is human and they are insecure too so dont worry...;-)

    I have a friend like that. You really really need to go to see a doctor i know it would be embarrassing but worth it. You will not only get the help you need but u will also realise your not alone on this one. I think because its playing on your mind when u go out that it happens much more, u go red worrying about going red. Things will get better u just have to believe in yourself first.;):)
