Michael j fox as a teenage spy?

I'm trying to find the name of an old film which, I think, stars michael J fox as the lead.

I remember seeing the film about a decade ago (hence the hazy memory) which I think starred Michael J fox as some kind of teenage secret agent or something similar. I think the character may have gone on a school tour to Europe with his class but was actually spying or doing secret agent like things.
The main bad guy was a short German Frau and I seem to remember her wearing gloves and shouting a lot.
I also remember Michael J Fox is driving a red ferrari with gadgets and he gets seduced by one of the baddies who puts a scorpion in the bed.

Sorry if this was painful for you to read as imagine it would be, am just pissed off that i can't remember the name of the bleedin movie

just asked my brother there, positive it was called "Teenagent." Can't find anything on wiki or imdb though.

Edit: If looks could kill is the aka name for it. sorry!

I remember that film!!! Even as a kid I remember thinking "There's no way that guy could be a teen, let alone an agent".

I know the name Teen Agent isn't exactly groundbraking but what were they thinking calling it "If looks could kill" in US?!!!
Please note the lack of clues in this title that indicate that main protagonist is both a teenager and a secret agent. Must have been so confusing...

Yeah I remember seeing ad's for it on videos I rented it starred Richard Greico who was around 25 years old when he played the Teen Agent (its called If looks could Kill on Imdb). I remember him more from starring alongside Johnny Depp in 21 jump street.
