I have recently had surgery to remove excessive breast tissue/gland (gynecomastia or Manboobs) from my chest. The surgery was a success.
Over the last couple years I had been taking Propecia which is used to slow down male pattern baldness.
A small % of users of Propecia have been known to develop manboobs/gynecomastia. I had the gynecomastia (Gyno) since puberty so I'm not sure if Propecia worsened the situation as I had put on a couple stone in weight. Many believe that if you resume taking Propecia after Gyno surgery there is a risk the Gyno will return.
Guys - if you had to choose between having Manboobs or going bald which would you choose (I am not sure whether to risk continuing to use Propecia).

Ladies - which would be more of a turn off for you a bloke with Manboobs or bald bloke?

I'm a guy- personally, I wouldn't really care whether I went bald or not. I would be very self conscious about developing gynecomastia though. Lesser of two evils is to minimise the amounts of medications/hormones you feed your body- if you go bald, well, its just nature. Lots of women are very happy with bald guys, and conversely, lots of guys cut all their hair off. Different strokes for different folks.......

Neither necessarily..... There is either chemistry / a spark there or not... A lot fo women get to know the guy and the attraction grows from there, well its certainly the case for me...

I'm a man and would def rather be bald than have manboobs. Lots of men shave their heads these days, it's no biggie.

'Baldness over the man boobs for sure. I couldn't stand a man with boobs! Baldness as then you'd have a solar panel for a sex machine - as one guy who worked with me used to say!'

I'd go with baldness myself the best choice by a mile. There are plenty of bald lads out there and they manage to attract the ladies.

Me myself plan on being bald since pattern baldness runs in the family definitely wouldn't be to bothered by it.

    Dude..

This should be a no brainier for you. Baldness isn’t a major problem, having manboobs is.

If I’d to choose I’d go with the baldness, sure I’m not even bald and I shave my head, it’s a style and women like it man.

Baldness is no big deal depending on how you deal with it. I mean these ‘baldness remedies’ are a total waste of money anyway. Have you ever seen proper results from it?

If you want hair that much, look into transplants or those wigs that glue to your head.

IMO go with the bald look! Mac it all off, grown some cool facial hair and go forth and destroy

Know a guy with hair transplants that went horribly wrong, looks like a paddy field.Go bald gracefully like me.Easy for me to say i guess. You'd never know it might suit you.

Thankfully women choose men generally for different reason than men choose women

it's nothing to do with what man would do are what women want it's how you feel and what you want. think long and hard about it and you will get your answer

man are you thinking at all?
there is no choice - take the baldness and shave your head....
plenty of women out there love a guy with a shaved head - just dont be stooopid and shave it for the first time after a really sunny spell - tanned face and neck and big white head! :D:D

Baldness over moobs +1. You can always buy a wig if it really bothers you. Not so easy to conceal moobs. Anyway some girls (and guys) actually find baldness attractive.

I would take bald over gyno having experience of it.
Are their not natural treatments such as Nourkrin or different shampoos which dont interfere with hormones in your blood which you could use?

    Baldness over moobs + 1.

My boyf is a baldie, has his head shaved and he's HOT!!! Stop taking the meds and embrace your baldness I say :D:D

man why did you even have to think about this?! Baldness = ok. Manboobs = not good. Ditch the meds and go bald gracefully. Most women will not have a problem with it.

    OP,

I'd have to say neither. I tend not to date hairstyles or pecs - I date a person & whatever faults or imperfections they come with. Taking meds long-term cannot be healthy & if a girl doesn't want to know you because you don't have enough hair then she's not worth knowing. Best of luck :)

This is one aspect where I am a shallow hal, I don't care about baldness, but I have to say I find men with breasts very off putting, so I say baldness over man boobs.

Maybe you should consider loosing some weight anyway ?

putting on several stone is not good, it makes your moobs bigger and doesn't it upset your hormones which may also make your moobs bigger ??
