Solden is pretty good for night life. There is a glacier near by so you are always guarenteed snow. A ski pass is around 200€ , see here http://www.soelden.com/main/EN/SD/WI/Skigebiet/Skipaesse/Winter_07_08/skipaesse/index.html

was there in '05 for Easter long weekend. not a bad place - the slopes would suit intermediates fine. apres ski a good laugh too - especially the umbrella bar just up the street from the main ski lift in the town. mainly an Austrian German crowd. Have fond memories of the female volleyball team from Stuggart that we met there!
