Does anyone know of any good boxing, kung fu or grappling art classes in Clare?

I'm going back training after a long lay-off and trying to weigh up my options.

Any help/advice/comments would be more than welcome.

    Cheers

    Mick,
in my experience it is mostly taekwondo and karate in Ennis or Shannon. There is no judo or BJJ in Clare, and apart from BJJ in UL not much in Limerick either.
I myself am looking to learn judo or Bjj and it looks like Galway city is the nearest option for grappling.
Not sure about Kung Fu though.

Thanks to both of you for the feedback. Ger, do you have any more information on Fergal Quinn's classes? Or some way to contact him?
