Is the digital TV trial still ongoing ?

Last time I checked in on the terrestrial forum they were saying that the MPEG-4 AVC tests had started (MPEG-2 being the prior format) so if that is being tested and they have switched off the MPEG-2 signal that might explain it (however I could be wrong so go ask in the DTT thread in the terrestrial tv forum).

Edit: Looking at the DTT threads it appears the signal is now scrambled but I'd ask in there to be sure.
