My brother in law moved house a few years ago and got the Sky box reinstalled to the new address....i was wondering if they cancel their current subscription and i introduced them as a "new customer" under the new address would they be able to get the free Sky + offer? They don't have any phone line but I heard somewhere that a fee can be paid to avoid this?

A few years ago! I would be surprised if they hadnt already informed Sky their change of address.
