    There's a new weekly/ monthly/ annual competition website

    http://www.my-place.tv/

You can win cameras, vouchers (which I assume all the Canon/ Nikon crews - different brand! - will turn their collective noses up at) and even a Trip to China.

Pictures only of UK and Ireland

Didn't find the bit in the T&Cs about image rights so you might want to check that out before loading.

You hereby grant us a royalty free perpetual licence to use, copy or exploit any photographic material uploaded to this website for such promotional purposes as we may decide, whether on our behalf or in conjunction with any entity.

    It's a photo harvesting project.. I'd run a mile

Oh and... (presuming they're not so stupid as to think Ireland is a part of the UK)
The competition is only open to UK residents except employees of Panasonic UK and Panasonic Ireland, or their families, representatives, or agents.

Their legal statement then goes back on itself saying that winners from the ROI need to contact Panasonic UK to make 'special arrangements' to collect their prize. Dodgy...
