My sister got accepted for Arts, she got a B1 in ord Irish. She's now wondering will she be able to take Irish as part of her course since there is a mininum requirement of a C grade in honours Irish.

    Any help appreciated!

She can take Irish, they only recommend that you have have a C grade in honours, they don't enforce it.
The courses and assignments are completely in Irish so if shes comfortable with that then she'll be fine.
They won't stop her, but I think most people would have taken Honours and they do ask what grade you got when you start Arts.

Anyway she can always go to a few Irish lectures the first few weeks and see what she thinks.
